Gladys Lucille Wise, 95, of Cordova, passed away on Thursday September15, 2022 at her residence.

Gladys Was a lifelong member of Mt. Carmel Church, and a volunteer at Mission Hope Food Bank for 17 years.

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 17, 2022 from 12 PM until 2 PM in the Freeman-Hood Chapel, funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the chapel.  Burial will be Mt Carmel Cemetery in Cordova, Alabama.  Shane Russell will officiate.

Mrs. Wise is preceded in death by husband Billie Wise;  children Tommy Harbin, Donna Harbin, Larry Harbin, and Denise Harbin; parents Ben & Viola Walker; brothers Vernon Walker, Henry Walker, Ed Walker, and Charlie Walker; sister Louise Minor; and great grandsons Paul Braden and Arrow Alonzo.

She is survived by her sons Jeffery V. Harbin (Janice) and Timothy Mark Wise (Robin); grandchildren Lisa Braden, Tommie Parker (Lewis), Kimberly Tucker (Paul), Jennifer Harbin, Stephanie Alonzo (Matt), Jeff Harbin (Mallorie), Crystal Wise Scott, Gunner Wise, and Rachel Wise; great grandchildren Angie Boshell, Jessica Parker, Felicia Seals, Breanna Hodge, Nigel Tucker, Justin Tucker, Karleigh  Harrison, Kensleigh Harbin, Gentry Alonzo, and Nash Alonzo; great-great grandchildren Annaleigh Tucker, Brooklyn Tucker, Colton Tucker, Grace Boshell, Garrett Boshell, Maddie Seals, Miah Seals, Hadlee Hodge and Waylon Hodge; and great-great-great grandson Houstin Boshell; Special friends Lois Murphy, Mark Brown, Sheriff Nick Smith, Pete Eustice, Shane Harrison, Miranda Pugh, Megan Johnson, I.V. Rutledge, and Cordova Fire & Rescue.
