Mr. Joey Neal Hunt, 34, of Warrior, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 at UAB Palliative Care.  Freeman Hood Funeral Services has been entrusted with his care.

Mr. Hunt is preceded in death by his sister Brooklyn Tamburelli; grandfathers Arnold Hunt and Gary W. Davis, Sr.; grandmothers Sharon Davis and Clarice Higgins; and step-father Rich Tamburelli.

He is survived by his wife Jessica Gayle Hunt; mother Donna Hunt Tamburelli; father Randal Hunt; step-mother Stacy Farmer; sister Elisha Hunt; brothers Jay Hunt, Jeremy Hunt, Payne Cagle, Zack Cagle, and Brandon Tamburelli; grandmother Betty Hunt; grandfather Robert Higgins; and a host of family and friends.

Services: Visitation will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Sam Hood Memorial Chapel, with a memorial service following at 3:00 PM.  Dan Dutton and Barry Early will officiate.
