Kandy Leane Drummond, 55, of Empire, passed away on Sunday October 16, 2022, at her residence.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 12:00 PM in the Freeman-Hood Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM.  Burial will be at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.  Jeffery Wiggins will officiate.

Mrs. Drummond  is preceded in death by her parents Lehmon & Susan Fowler; brother Timothy Fowler; grandparents Woodrow & Rosa B. Busby and Fannon & Verla Mae Fowler.

She is survived by her husband James Edward Drummond; daughter Abby Drummond; sons Joshua East (Danielle) and Mason Drummond; sisters Kristy Fowler Jones and Krista Fowler Gardner (Justin); brother Terry Fowler; grandchildren Nathan, Jacob, Micah, and Aria Grace East; and a host of nieces and nephews.
