Mark Anthony Garner, 35, of Jasper, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be Sunday February 6, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Freeman-Hood Chapel.  Visitation will be Sunday February 6th, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Teddy Jones will officiate.

Mr. Garner was preceded in death by his grandparents Clyde and Nadrine Lemley; and great grandparents Frank and Nellie Wolfe.

He is survived by his daughter Akira Lynn Garner; father R. Frank Garner (Christy); mother Robin Ann Lemley Garner; sister Kimberly Diane Garner Smith; brother Paul Lemley; grandmother Rebecca Ann Wolfe Cooper; nephew Bailey Brady; nieces Zoey Smith and Anna Lei Carter; special friends Hope Ann Graves and Dan Mitchell; and numerous cousins, aunts, & uncles, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Freeman-Hood Funeral Services.
